LITERARY AND DEBATING CLUB
This club is designed to help students develop the ability to critically analyze issues and to confidently express themselves.
Club members engage in lively discussions, exchanging both pros and cons ideas and opinions on a particular topic.
The coordinators ensure that each student presents a speech to an audience, usually the entire school. The L&D club trained students in such a way it helps them to eliminates stage fright thereby enabling them to speak confidently before an audience in future. Some of their objectives includes:
- To impart students the basic rules of debate and qualities of a good debater.
- To give tutorials to learners on how to present a good.
- Inter-class debates are organized to prepare students for inter-school debate.
- Grooming students on listening, speaking, reading, writing, as well as in grammar and vocabulary.
- Helping students with the basic foundations needed in speech presentation in any gathering.
