JUNIOR ENGINEERS, TECHNICIANS AND SCIENTISTS CLUB

This club is open to all students interested in science and technology. The aim of the club is to sensitize the members in the importance of science and technology, expose members to current trends in science and technology and develop their skills, enable students design and carry out projects and promote healthy competition among members through quizzes. Their objectives include:

To produce young engineers, technicians and scientists who are able to deal with local technological and scientific issues.
Takes a closer look at the specifically talented students by creating opportunities for practical expressions
To teach practical skills to students in soap making, perfumes, and cosmetics.
To analyse and proffer solutions to underlying environmental problems.
To serve as a platform where students apply theory learnt in science subjects for the production of goods.
To create a forum for scientifically inclined students to share knowledge and ideas especially in key science subjects like: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
